The organisation Pour un Sourire d'Enfant has an aim of helping children escape destitution and lead them to decent, skilled and well-paid jobs. To achieve this, the organisation developed six main programmes adapted to children's needs: The need for food, health, protection, education & schooling, vocational training and help also for their families.

In 2018, the ATOZ Foundation supported PSE by granting a scholarship to 15 young Cambodians so they can follow a vocational training in mechanics (car and motorcycle), in collaboration with the Cambodian Ministry of Work.
