Tonika is the Director of the Fondation de Luxembourg and a member of the Atoz Foundation’s Management Committee. Before this, she was the CEO of ABN AMRO Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. Before coming to Luxembourg, she was CEO of Banco, a subsidiary company of ABN AMRO in Sweden, specializing in sustainable investments.

At the same time she was responsible for the sustainable investment strategy at ABN AMRO Asset Management. Tonika has been a member of the Board of Directors of “Transparency International Sweden”, the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, and of the Swedish Investment Funds Association.

Tonika began her professional career at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in 1990. In 1994 she became a diplomat at the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs where she worked for six years.

Tonika holds a Master of Science degree from Uppsala University.
